Of note...

What I need to do these next two months:

Get my BF% down. I've ordered a measuring tape and calipers.  My waist measurement is how I know I'm losing fat and not muscle. Calipers, I know how to use and they're just good to have to get a  fair idea of where I'm at BF%-wise.

Another thing: rethink my training. Previously, in bodybuilding prep, I began at a bodyweight of 135 with a waistline of 25 1/2 inches. Contest shape, my waistline is around 24inches.  I'm 5"4" tall, btw.

Some thickness is good - but not to the level of bodybuilding. I naturally have an X-frame but I'm going to REALLY need to create that illusion this time around. Figure is a bit different than bodybuilding, you know.

Oh! My practice shoes came in today! Beginning practice today!
