Picked up my calorie intake this week. Result? Getting leaner, stronger.

Watching, as I'm sketching/studying, 2019 Weightlifting World Championships (women). When I can, really watching the techniques. Need to do cleans again!

Had a few Ghibli/Miyazaki movies on yesterday. Tried my hand at a Miyazaki-like background.  Doing a few more, today. Photoshop.
