"dogs are wise. They crawl away into a quiet corner and lick their wounds and do not rejoin the world until they are whole once more. "
Its not about licking away wounds, but about mentally prepare to rejoin. And books do that. Right?
I have a new book. Finding my corner in this world to read it. And then rejoin when I feel whole once more.
