Calculations....

Still surviving this lock down. And boy, are there some scary idiots out there. The people who are protesting the states' lock downs as being an over reach by the government and against their constitutional rights.  Uh huh. Suuuuure.

Meanwhile, training has continued here. Add KB Swings at either in the morning or evening. I do 400-600 swings with my 35lb kettle bell. Broken up into 15-20 sets of 25 reps.  Yes, you read that right. I'm shooting for a goal of 1,000 reps (sets of 25 that will add up to 1,000 total reps). Next week, will add laps in the pool for either a morning or mid-afternoon session.  Yesterday, Squats w/Heels Elevated and Push Presses.  Last night, KB Swings (400).  This morning, hanging leg raises and pullups.

I didn't weigh myself on Friday morning.  This morning, I did. 124.8 lbs and waistline is getting smaller. Losing fat, NOT losing muscle.

Broke down the diet, too.  For 124lbs, maintenance is around 1860 calories a day. To lose fat, 1488 calories a day. 130 grams of protein; 130 grams of carbs; 49 grams of fat. This allows a balanced diet. I'm expecting whey isolate protein powder later this week. Increasing my egg intake.  Protein is the issue for drug-free athletes; have to keep up that protein intake.

Today, I work/practice more in gouache. More sketching in the sketchbook. MORE frames and drawings in Procreate. And read. Two books to read, today; some studying today.

I think I know why I've been tired. My brain feels heaveh. Hah!

From the end of February to a couple of weeks ago, I felt kind of sick - I hadn't gotten entirely over whatever that flu-thang I had caught at the end of February. This past week, FINALLY feel completely well.  Taking advantage of it.

Some color to liven up this place:
